Why Joined Hissyo
I resigned from my previous organization as I needed to relocate closer to my native place due to personal reasons, having stayed in a hostel since a young age. While my earlier role provided valuable experience, it primarily allowed me to work on a single skill, and I was keen to broaden my technical exposure. During my job search in LinkedIn, I happen to apply for a Senior Software Engineer position in HISSYO Consultancy Private Limited. Through my interactions with the recruitment team, I learned about the organization’s focus on learning, innovation, and professional growth. My Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, I am responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application features across key development areas. I work closely with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into efficient, scalable, and high-quality technical solutions. I actively contribute to code quality, system performance, and continuous improvement of the application, while supporting team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
