Why Joined Hissyo
HISSYO is a new startup company, and that is one of the main reasons I chose to join. If I had joined a large IT company, the work would mostly be limited to assigned tasks, repeated as part of a daily routine. Over time, this kind of work can limit learning and knowledge development.
In a startup environment like HISSYO, there are more opportunities to gain knowledge and learn new things across different areas. I have already been able to learn a lot here, exactly as I expected. Moving forward, I look forward to learning even more and continuously developing my skills and knowledge.
Here, work is not just about coming in and completing tasks. Every day, I get the opportunity to learn something new by analyzing different topics in depth. This continuous learning helps me grow professionally and contributes positively to my role in society.
Workplace Environment
The workplace environment at HISSYO is very friendly and truly feels like a second home. Just like how we are taken care of at home, the same kind of support is extended at work as well.
Whenever someone gets stuck, team members are always ready to help. This strong teamwork creates a positive environment where we can achieve a lot together.
My Role & Responsibilities
I am working on SAP C4C technical development. My responsibilities include requirement analysis and implementation. In addition, I handle test case preparation, testing activities, data migration, document reviews and user manual preparation to ensure smooth understanding and usage of the system,
Future Vision
I will continue to support the changes in SAP C4C via implementation and testing. Apart from SAP C4C, I am also interested in learning new technologies and skills. I am confident that I will be able to contribute to the company by supporting tasks beyond SAP whenever required.

9:00 Check if any new requirements are assigned and plan how to approach them
10:00 Connect with the Japan team to understand the task progress and share updates on my work
11:00 Client calls and discussions regarding upcoming tasks
13:00 Lunch
14:00~ Work on project implementation
17:00 Provide updates, prepare the next day’s plan
18:00 End of the day
