Why Joined Hissyo
As a fresher stepping into the IT industry, I was searching for a place where I could not only start my career but also continuously learn and grow. Hissyo Consultancy caught my attention because of its strong focus on application development, learning opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
What really motivated me to join was the opportunity to work with modern technologies and gain real-time hands-on experience. As a beginner, having a space where I can ask questions, explore new concepts, and improve my skills confidently made me feel that this is the right place to begin my professional journey.
Workplace Environment
The work environment here is very positive and beginner-friendly. Being in the training phase, I feel comfortable learning new things every day without hesitation.
The team is supportive, approachable, and always ready to help. This makes learning more enjoyable and less stressful. Here, mistakes are treated as part of the learning process, and curiosity is always encouraged. It’s a place where growth feels natural and continuous.
My Role & Responsibilities
I joined as a Software Engineer (Trainee) and currently undergoing training in application development using C# MAUI.
My responsibilities include:

Learning and implementing application development concepts using C# MAUI

Understanding project workflows and requirements

Working on sample applications and assigned tasks

Improving my coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Collaborating with team members and learning industry best practices
This training phase is helping me build a strong foundation and gain confidence in my technical skills.
Future Vision
My goal is to grow into a skilled and dependable software engineer. I want to continuously upgrade my knowledge, gain practical project experience, and contribute effectively to the organization.
In the long term, I aim to take on more responsibilities and deliver quality solutions that add value to both the team and the company.
A Real Day in My Life
9:00 AM – Plan my day and review training tasks
10:00 AM – Attend daily Scrum call and understand task updates
11:00 AM – Work on assigned product development tasks
1:00 PM – Lunch break
2:00 PM – Continue working on development tasks
5:00 PM – Review completed work and update deliverables on SharePoint
6:00 PM – Wrap up the day
