Why Joined Hissyo
I chose to join Hissyo because it offers a broad scope for learning, cross-country collaboration, and knowledge sharing among the teams. Rather than focusing on only one area such as development, I wanted to gain experience across multiple disciplines including testing, consulting, and related activities. To achieve this, I chose an energetic startup environment like Hissyo. One principle I always follow in my career is “growing together” In a startup, communication across teams is more direct and collaborative. This allows me to learn from colleagues in different modules while also sharing my own knowledge and experience. I believe this kind of environment helps me continuously improve my skills and I would be able to contribute more effectively to the organization.

Tasks and projects are planned and organized well in advance, often with a clear three-month roadmap. This gives employees a strong understanding of priorities, timelines, and the expected pace of work. As a result, teams can stay focused, plan effectively, and deliver their responsibilities with greater clarity.
My Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, my primary responsibility is to complete assigned tasks within the agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. My goal is to ensure that the final product delivers a smooth and reliable experience for users. I prioritize my work based on feedback and direction from my higher officials and ensure that results are delivered efficiently within the required deadlines. My approach is to first understand the problem completely, analyze multiple possible solutions, and then select the most suitable one. This helps me build knowledge across different domains while also understanding the advantages and limitations of each solution.
I also support my team members when they face technical challenges or become blocked on an issue. I try to provide clear and practical solutions so that the team can understand the main objective of each task and determine the best way to develop and test it.
Future Vision
I aim to contribute a lot in upcoming successful years of Hissyo and encourage my team members to learn and grow along with me. Take responsibility and inspire young, talented minds of Hissyo, learn new things apart from .NET and sharpen my knowledge in future.
A Real Day in My Life
9:00 AM – Review tasks and plan the day
9:30 AM – Discuss priorities and blockers with senior team members
10:00 AM – Start planned tasks
10:30 AM – Backtrack the problems and analyze about the root cause.
11:00 AM – Support team members or continue with assigned tasks
1:00 PM – Lunch break
2:00 PM – Continue tasks, update the sprint board, and plan pending work
5:00 PM – Test development work, review progress, and plan for the next day
6:00 PM – End of day
