Why Joined HISSYO (as Founder & Director)
I began HISSYO with a strong belief that Japan and India could create new value together through technology, trust, and teamwork. Rather than simply building a company, my intention was to create an ecosystem — a place where people can grow, innovate, and contribute to society.
My motivation to “join” HISSYO as a board member stems from the same founding spirit: to build a company that delivers long-term value, supports communities, and opens global opportunities for future generations.
Workplace Environment
HISSYO is a unique environment where professionalism and warmth coexist.
We respect Japanese discipline, quality, and responsibility, while embracing Indian creativity, speed, and flexibility.
This cross-cultural balance creates a workplace where members feel supported, valued, and motivated to take on new challenges. Transparency, teamwork, and open communication are the foundations of our culture.
My Role & Responsibilities
As a Founder and Director, my primary responsibilities include:
-
Corporate governance and overall management
-
Finance, budgeting, and strategic planning
-
Japan–India business coordination
-
Supporting IT project directions (Salesforce, SAP, .NET, AI, mobile products)
-
Trade business planning (coir, food, export support)
-
Strengthening partnerships and market expansion
-
Creating systems, policies, and a strong organizational foundation
-
My goal is to ensure that HISSYO and VE-TRI both operate with stability, reliability, and long-term growth capabilities.
Future Vision
-
Expand IT consulting and engineering capabilities
-
Build a strong Japan–India innovation hub
-
Create sustainable job opportunities in rural towns
-
Develop global-quality products from our own teams
-
Strengthen trade channels supporting farmers and local industries
-
Become a trusted long-term partner for Japanese enterprises
Ultimately, I want our organization to be a place where people grow in both skill and character — a company that creates success, values humanity, and contributes positively to society.
