Why I Joined HISSYO

For 20 years, I was deeply involved in IT strategy formulation, system development, and operations within the IT departments of Japanese companies. My decision to join VE-TRI in Japan stemmed from a desire to leverage this extensive practical experience to solve diverse corporate challenges from a broader perspective.

HISSYO is the sister company of VE-TRI. I decided to join HISSYO because of my passion for growing a business centered on IT and international trade from our base in India and expanding that impact across the globe.

Workplace Environment

HISSYO offers the dynamic speed and flexibility of a startup—it is truly an "out-of-the-box" environment. We have an egalitarian culture where everyone, regardless of age or title, can exchange ideas openly and embrace new challenges.

I personally feel my own growth every day as I venture into unexplored domains. There is a strong sense of unity here; we support one another to move forward as one team. Furthermore, we work in close-knit collaboration between HISSYO (India) and VE-TRI (Japan), creating a seamless international workflow.

My Role & Responsibilities

Currently, I play a pivotal role in overseeing entire projects by bridging two worlds: the "client-side perspective" I cultivated over many years and the "technical provider's lens" as a vendor.

My focus goes beyond mere system implementation. I emphasize acting as a bridge between technology and communication through:

Facilitating coordination between diverse client stakeholders.

Building strong, collaborative relationships with various vendors.

Maximizing the overall value of every project.

I am also fortunate to be expanding my horizons by engaging in HISSYO’s international trade and consulting business units.

Future Vision

HISSYO has ambitious plans to expand its global footprint from our current bases in India and Japan to other countries and regions. I aim to be a driving force in this growth, contributing to projects that transcend national borders.

My goal is to evolve HISSYO into a "trusted global partner" alongside colleagues who possess not only technical expertise but also flexible thinking and a challenger spirit.
