Why Joined HISSYO
I have always had a strong desire to venture into business, but earlier I didn’t get the right opportunity. Hissyo created that space for me—allowing me to explore the business side rather than limiting myself to a software engineering role.
At Hissyo, I feel confident that I shall apply everything I’ve learned over my 16 years in the IT industry, especially in building a team from the ground up and establishing a strong foundation. Every day will bring new challenges, continuous learning, and steady progress, which I believe will make the journey truly rewarding.

My Role & Responsibilities
As a Director, following are my main responsibilities.
1. Building and nurturing teams with the right talent to effectively meet all business requirements.
2. Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations through close coordination with various vendors
3. Providing support to the Finance department as needed.
4. Mentoring, guiding, and supporting teams to enhance performance and growth.
5. Identifying and exploring new business opportunities, including trade initiatives.
6. Contributing to policy development and establishing a strong foundation for sustainable long‑term growth.
Future Vision
1. Generating more employment opportunities across India.
2. Attracting and nurturing local talent, especially from rural areas.
3. Expanding our presence by establishing more branches across Tamil Nadu and India.
4. Scaling business operations globally.
